About the role

We are looking, starting immediately, for a Store Manager (m/f/d) for KIKO Milano Hamburg Mercado, someone who wins customers over for us and our products with charm and conviction, and who motivates and supports the team through everything the shop floor throws at them. You own the store: its people, its presentation, its processes and its results.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the team

Build and protect a positive working climate through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team.

Run the shop floor

Organise stock management across the sales area and make sure the product presentation always looks its best.

Optimise processes

Optimise, steer and implement all relevant store routines and sales processes, with confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems.

Own the numbers

Take revenue and results responsibility for your store, including analysis and staff planning.

What we're looking for

Retail experience

Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion.

Service and selling

Strong service orientation and proven sales competence, with a communicative and dependable presence.

Leadership and team spirit

Leadership experience, team spirit and the ability to motivate and inspire the people around you.

Organisation, numbers and passion

Organisational talent, a good head for figures and a genuine passion for cosmetics.
